Zaatar Downtown is more than a restaurant, it’s a family legacy rooted in love, tradition, and bold flavors. Founded by brothers Badih “Buddy,” Roy, and Rabih “Robby” Nassar, our cozy bistro in Downtown Fresno’s Galleria brings a fresh take on Mediterranean cuisine, crafted with the warmth of a family kitchen. Growing up in Lebanon, the Nassar brothers learned the art of hospitality and food from their homeland, and they’ve carried that passion to Fresno.
