Parking garages and meters in Downtown Fresno are owned and operated by the City of Fresno. Please use the kiosk/meters, or the ParkMobile app to pay for parking.

Parking Meters are free after 6:00pm on the weekdays, unless an event is taking place, and all day on non-event weekend days
