Richard A. Ciummo & Associates has been providing indigent legal defense services since 1988.  Our mission is ensure that our clients receive high quality legal representation and that their constitutional rights are safeguarded throughout their legal proceedings.  We currently provide such legal services in six counties in California.  We provide representation in adult criminal matters (felonies and misdemeanors), juvenile matters (both delinquency and dependency), and in contempt proceedings.  

 

Our administrative and management models are tried and true and our performance over the past 25 years speaks for itself. We have always fulfilled our contractual obligations and pride ourselves in developing first-rate attorneys.  We have successfully adapted to such dramatic changes as the "Three Strikes" law and realignment pursuant to AB 109.  We work, insofar as we can, collaboratively with our criminal justice partners.  However, we never compromise the interests of our clients.
