A Muay Thai class taught by local personal trainer Rob Syrisack!
Rob has practiced Muay Thai for over 12 years, training under seasoned coaches and constantly refining his technique. As a personal trainer of 8 years, he’s passionate about helping people become stronger, fitter, and more confident.
What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai is a traditional martial art from Thailand, often called “the art of eight limbs” because it uses fists, elbows, knees, and shins. It began as a battlefield practice for Thai soldiers hundreds of years ago and has since become a globally respected sport. In 2024, Thailand proposed that Muay Thai be added to UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list — a testament to its cultural importance.

Fee: $10 (valued at $30)
Optional: Donations in the form of a tip at checkout to help fund our new organization and future workshops
This class is open to anyone 14 years or older. Participants under 18 must have a parent present to sign a waiver. Hand wraps will be provided for use. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience in other martial arts, you’re welcome to join us for a fun and challenging experience!
