Save the Date for the Fresno Food Fight
The 2019 Fresno Food Fight gives junior chefs and local restaurant chef mentors the opportunity to display their culinary skills. A Mystery Basket of ingredients will be revealed at the start of the appetizer and entrée rounds. The final culinary creations will be presented to a panel of judges who will taste and rate the dishes, with the highest scoring team crowned Culinary Champions.
