Organic Generation – The Next Era

Join CCOF and our members for Organic Generation – The Next Era, our Annual Meeting and conference in Fresno, California on February 26-27, 2019. The conversation at this year’s event will focus on the next phase of growth for organic and what the future generations of organic producers and consumers look like. We’ll explore how to support the next generation of producers, transition land to organic production, strengthen market opportunities, advocate for policies that incentivize organic, and maximize the benefits of organic for disadvantaged communities.

The event will bring CCOF members and supporters from across North America to Fresno, California, home to generations of organic farmers. There, the program will examine the ongoing rapid growth of organic and explore the predicted future for the sector.

We hope you will also celebrate this year’s Organic Champion Awardee Farmers Advocating for Organic with us at our annual CCOF Foundation Feast on February 26. This festive meal with organic friends is always a highlight of the two-day event—you won’t want to miss it.

Who will be the organic producers and consumers of the future? What opportunities lie ahead for organic? Where will organic production rise? How will organic adapt to embrace new technologies, skills, and markets? We hope you will join us in Fresno to add your unique perspective and voice to the discussion.

The CCOF Annual Meeting and educational conference is an annual tradition that convenes the CCOF membership and supporters to celebrate successes and plan for the future of organic. The conference also benefits the programs of the CCOF Foundation: the Future Organic Farmer Grant Fund, the Organic Training Institute, the Bricmont Hardship Assistance Fund, and our consumer education programming.
