2019 CASMEC Professional Development Clinics include sessions on ESSA, engagement strategies, assessment, classroom management, diversifying your music program, music education in a rural and urban setting, advocacy, the new state-approved Core Arts Standards, band, orchestra, choir, jazz, general music, world music, special learners, pedagogy, composition, music technology, improvisation, music literature, and more. The session descriptions and conference schedule will be posted soon on the CASMEC website, ww.casmec.org. You will also be able to enjoy concerts by the California All-State Ensembles, which will be performing in Fresno during the CASMEC weekend.
