Ragazzo's officially opened on April 24th, 2018 and is owned and operated by Executive Chef Gerald Chiarito and Marcel Bourdase. Ragazzo is Italian for guys or fellas and has a special place in Chef Gerald's heart. Chef Gerald was the original owner and founder of Goodfellas at the Galleria which opened in 2001. We are excited to be offering Chef Gerald's mouth watering Italian recipes once again at the Galleria in downtown Fresno as Ragazzo's.
