They say don’t believe everything you read on the internet. In this workshop, we explain why. In a world full of advertising, social media, streaming platforms, and the accessibility of technology – media is everywhere we look, constantly feeding us information. Media literacy is a two-way street, and in this workshop, we’ll go over how to navigate through the noise to find reliable information, as well as what responsibility you may have as a producer. … And yes, even on social media. This workshop is free and open to all; a CMAC membership is not required.
