We all need to take more time for ourselves. We need to breathe more freely and deeply. We need to open up blockages in our hips and shoulders. We need to find more moments of stillness.

Join us to fulfill these needs and to find some needs we didn’t even know we had! Begin with some heart-opening Qigong, followed by guided stretching into relaxation, visualization and meditation with Sound Healing (and Qigong practice) by Ashley Coatney.

Explore common chronic areas of tightness in the neck, shoulders and low back. And you can take these simple exercises into your every day life for more ease and mobility.

$15 per person

Bring a yoga or exercise mat if you are open to sitting on the floor. We recommend that you wear something loose fitting and easy to move at the hips and shoulders to improve your experience. Please feel free to ask any questions.
