Board Nominations and Elections

The Downtown Fresno Partnership has a Board of Directors election every year. We accept nominations from property owners usually starting at the end of August or beginning of September, with the election taking place mostly in October.

The DFP Board is made up of 17 PBID Assessment Members (property owners) that are spread between Zones 1, 2, and 3, depicted on the map.

For the 2024 year, we have 8 open seats:

· Three (3) Zone 1 PBID Assessment Member (property owner) seats, one (1) for re-election and two (2) term ending

· Two (2) Zone 2 PBID Assessment Member seats (property owner), two (2) term ending

· Two (2) Zone 3 PBID Assessment Member (property owner) seats, one (1) for re-election and one (1) term ending

· One (1) Zone Unspecified PBID Assessment Member (property owner) seat (will be elected as the top overall vote-getter after the above seats are filled)

Nominations began on September 8, 2023 and ended on October 2, 2023.

Elections for the 2024 Board of Directors in now closed.
Election ballots were sent out to PBID Assessment Members (property owners) on October 12, 2023 and were to be postmarked back by November 6, 2023.
