Interim Planning Ordinance

Proposed as the short term solution to which the Fulton Corridor Specific Plan is the long-term solution, the proposed draft interim planning ordinance is a bold move that would facilitate the development process and expand permitted uses within a Central Business Area Modifying District (CBAMD) roughly bordered by Freeways 99 and 41, along with Divisadero.

The City of Fresno Planning and Development Department is collecting feedback from the public and stakeholder groups. The Downtown Association of Fresno approved the proposal at a recent board meeting after viewing the presentation made by Planning and Development Director John Dugan.
