Forest City Enterprises and the Redevelopment Agency of Fresno have released the draft environmental impact report (DEIR) for the South Stadium Project, a three phase mixed use development proposed for the area south of Chukchansi Park in Downtown Fresno. The DEIR covers issues ranging from traffic and air quality to historic resources. The document is available for download on the RDA website.
