The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Fresno operates a Storefront Improvement Program for the Downtown area. It
provides dollar for dollar matching funds for business or property owners wishing to make improvements to their exterior storefronts. By beautifying the exterior of a business, the program helps to boost traffic, increase property values, and improve the overall look and safety of Downtown Fresno's retail corridors. For more information, including program guidelines and restrictions, please contact David Martin, Project Manager at the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Fresno at 559-621-7630.
